I’d like to think we’ve come a long way since these photos were taken last year, but I’m afraid not.
I was browsing through old photos tonight and laughed out loud when I came across these. I had to share. Unfortunately, I don’t have any recent photos of our messy child for you to compare what a year can bring (or lack thereof), but you’ll have to take my word on this. He’s still a messy child.
You can pretty much do anything and not be in trouble for long. Seriously. How adorable is this face?? And that bare foot in the background? Love it.
The bad thing is that he knows he can get away with anything. Most of the time he is successful too.
Do you blame him for trying? I don’t.

Can you guess who I am referring to as the iPad addict?
With how much I was stocking the iPad giveaway sites, one would think I was referring to myself as the iPad addict.
Or now that we have an iPad (thanks great granny & grandma Ellie!) and all the complaining I do that Jim always has the iPad and I never get to use it, maybe you’d have guessed I was talking about him as the iPad addict.
Not even close.
I’d like to introduce you to Owen. Our newest iPad addict.
How will we all survive sharing one iPad?! I guess I better start stalking the iPad giveaway sites and blogs again.
Here we go…..
The holidays bring a magical element to our house. The Christmas tree with the beautiful decorations and white twinkling lights; the Pottery Barn Kids stockings hung with care; and the fire blazing in the fireplace.
I love family time. I love being home with my boys enjoying the magic of the season. I love reflecting on everything wonderful that happened throughout the year. And I love to laugh at all that wasn’t so wonderful (temper tantrums and sleepless nights come to mind!). And I love capturing my favorite moments and photos in our annual Christmas card.
And I also love being able to be a part of your holiday season. I love creating holiday cards that bring excitement and joy to you and your loved ones.
Here are just a handful of my favorite designs from the 2010 Christmas season.
And while these are just a few of my favorites, I want to say thank you to everyone who placed an order with My Hello Designs this year. I loved working with each of you and hope you enjoyed your cards as much as I enjoyed creating them for you.
Now I’m curious to know which is your favorite?
And don’t worry! If you didn’t find time to get a Christmas card out, you’re in luck! I have already created several New Year’s cards that can be sent out now that the hustle and bustle of the Christmas season is behind us! Leave me a comment with card needs for special discounted pricing.
Happy New Year and Happy (not so) Wordless Wednesday!
This little man….
is turning four years old on Saturday.
Where did the time go?! How can my little man be four already? We couldn’t have been more thrilled to have such a wonderful Christmas blessing. Even if it was unexpected and 5 weeks early while daddy was traveling.
By day, these two cute little boys go about their business being firemen and saving boys and girls from burning buildings.
But watch out! By night they transform into little tigers to save the world!
The process of changing from such a cute little guy into such a ferocious tiger isn’t easy. The process is a long and tiresome one. I mean, poor Owen had to go through all of this….
Just to get to this….
Saving the world is not easy work. But somebody has to do it.
So next time you encounter a tiger, don’t be scared. It might just be a toddler fireman in disguise.
It must be a boy thing having to prove his strength even at 3 years old. They learn young.
I’ll be writing up a full post about the pumpkin patch last weekend with many more photos, but in the meantime I thought I would give you a quick sneak peek at our weekend of fun!
