Italian Chicken Bake

My neighbor shared this with me and I had to pass it along. It was EASY and absolutely delicious.

I used chicken tenderloins, but you could use chicken breasts as well. Place them in the middle of a baking dish.

Line red potatoes (halved) on one side of the chicken and baby carrots on the other.

Sprinkle a packet of Italian seasoning over the entire dish. Pour melted butter (one stick) over everything.

Bake at 350 for about 40-45 minutes until chicken is done and carrots and potatoes are not hard anymore.

Ingredients:
Chicken tenderloins or breast
One pack of baby carrots
5-6 baby red potatoes (halved)
One packet Italian seasoning
One stick o butter
