3 Easy to Make Meals for Moms in a Hurry

Feeding your family can be a tiring experience. Every day they want dinner on the table! What’s wrong with them?! Anyway, coming up with new meal ideas can be a stretch, especially when you are in a hurry. Here are three meals that you can make without much time, effort, or ingredients. Just throw them in the oven and dinner is done!

Sour Cream Noodle Bake – I think of this as easy lasagna. My family loves this recipe! So easy to make and so, so tasty. All you need is hamburger, tomato sauce, egg noodles, sour cream, cottage cheese, green onions, and cheddar. You can mix it all together and bake it, or layer it like the recipe says. Either way, it is so tasty! Since the hamburger and noodles are already cooked, you only have to bake it for a few minutes and everything is ready to eat!

Creamy Chicken and Broccoli – The old stand-by recipe gets a facelift. Rice, chicken, frozen broccoli, and cheese make this recipe stand out. For myself, I make a simple cheese sauce and mix it all together, but you can do as the recipe says. I also buy bags of frozen precooked chicken breast cubes. So fast and easy to make, you’ll be waiting on the rice!

Mexican Casserole – The thing I love about this recipe is that you can use either hamburger or chicken, whichever you have on hand. Layer crushed tortilla chips with the meat, tomato and bean mixture and then top with cheese. Yummy, filling, and so easy!

These meals are fast and tasty for the whole family. Try them out today and see if one becomes a new family favorite. Remember, it doesn’t have to take forever to make a meal you can all enjoy!
