Mission Accomplished.

It only took 1 week from start to finish.  Granted during the week not much work was getting done with commuting, dinners and rain, but it is now complete.

And everyone is loving it.

We hear many giggles and see lots of smiles.  And those two things make this set worth every penny.

Here is a picture with the swings and monkey bar added.

And another with the bright yellow twisty slide.

There is also a rock wall on the back side of the play set along with a ladder.

I see many hours of energy burning in the future. Love it.

  1. Fun, fun, fun! So wish we lived closer to you guys!!

  2. It is definitely awesome. How many hours would you say you guys spend on it? I consider hiring someone to assemble a swingset (we have not really bought one yet), and trying to figure out how many hours I should base the pay on.

    Thanks so much 🙂

I think the box said something like 10-12 hours to install and they recommended 2-3 people to install?? It took about double that for us, but we also had two little guys trying to “help” throughout the process. AND my husband had help the first day (about 6 hours), but then did the rest completely by himself (even though the box said 2-3 men). It depends on how experienced the people are putting it together. I know if you purchase somewhere and they assemble for you they charge about $200. They are experienced though and much, much faster at doing it. That long response probably didn’t help you at all did it?! LOL!

    • Thanks so much for your response and the email. Your response is really helpful. I think I d rather not go to some local handymen and pay them for assembly as I thought I would do to save some money.

I will probably go with a professional installer instead.
      Thanks again!

  3. That is incredible! The playset of every kid’s dream!! You are right about some serious energy being burned on that thing.

  4. I love the looks on their faces!! I cannot wait until we come down to see them using the set!! Well worth the wait!

I’m so glad we didn’t end up getting one last year. None of them felt right, but this one does for sure! You will enjoy watching them when you come down. They have so much fun on it and are so creative while they play. Today they pretended there was a green bear down below and they just laughed and giggled up in the house hiding from the green bear 🙂 Can’t wait to see you guys!!!

  5. So awesome. When can we come over? Ha ha.

I would LOVE to hear from you!
