beginning of the year.

Just a few long weeks after the bitter cold, we’ve been enjoying temps in the 60’s and up to the high 70’s.

We’ve spent most of the last several weeks outside. In the backyard playing, prepping the garden, doing yard work, and golfing with Delta.

A lot of focus.

I love Spring. I now remember why we live in the South. For awhile there in January I forgot. It was so darn cold. We have buds on the trees and blooms on our peach tree. Our day lilies are starting to come up and the daffodils are sprouting throughout the city. The grass is starting to turn green and our weekends are consumed with yard work.

Ah, yes. I love Spring.

How about you? What is your favorite season?

  1. This is indeed a great fun for kids playing with bubbles. They can truly learn to be independent.

  2. Such fun pictures! Have I mentioned Owen is precious in those glasses? I am a sucker for a man wearing glasses. 🙂 I am so looking forward to spring as well — out of the hospital finally with Eliza!

I would LOVE to hear from you!
