Chicken Ritz Casserole
I have been wanting to participate in this blog hop for several weeks now, but I just haven’t been cooking much worth blogging about. With the busy summertime, we’ve been eating a lot of pizzas, steaks, grilled yumminess including hot dogs, brats, burgers, etc. Nothing that really requires a recipe and therefore nothing to really blog about.
Over the weekend though I decided to make this yummy Chicken Ritz Casserole. My mother-in-law (Janice) made this for us the day that we brought Owen home from the hospital and I loved it. It completely hit the spot. And now with the boys being 3 and a half and almost 2 I figured they would enjoy dipping the Ritz Crackers into the casserole for some fun eating.
And I was right!
They loved the dipping factor. Especially Owen who tends to make meals out of his dipping sauces (aka ketchup, BBQ sauce or whatever you dip you give him). With this plan, the dipping sauce was actually the meal! Aaaahhh…. smart momma.

Yum! And a recipe card to boot? You rock. Thanks so much for sharing and linkin up with tasty tuesdays. And btw, your comment section is much easier to find now.
Looks awesome! The only thing about MY cooking that might generate a blog post would be a trip to the ER for food poisoning….
That looks so yummy!!!
this post is very usefull thx!
Oh this looks SO good…thank you for sharing!!
All your recipes look delicious! I have been looking for recipes that include wine in particular. I am curious about experimenting on different types of wine on food. Please share if you have recipes of this kind.
